Teamteq Forum
The comments that follow are my comments and not the Club's

Comments that are being left on the Teamteq forum are becoming a source of embarrassment and especially when certain observations by other Clubs are completely unfounded.

To put the record straight Cwmamman were asked by the Neath league whether or not they wished to go into the Reserve Division (3rd Division) and we accepted. This season I asked if we could revert to the 2nd Division instead of the Reserve League as we felt it would be beneficial to the development of the Club. The answer given was quite straight forward “Yes but be aware of the lack of teams that would be in that division” We then put the choice back to our Manager who consulted his squad and decided to remain in the reserve structure. It is still my belief that the positives out way the negatives in joining the main frame of any league.

The forum is there for all to use, but should be used as a communication and debate arm and not an insulting one as many of the members continue to do without being banned for using.

UNDER 11'S

Under 11’s Football

Rhos 8 Cwmamman United 2

Rhos having struck quite early were stunned by Cwmamman’s sterling response. An excellent long ball from Jack Evans was finely controlled by Mathew Davies whose left foot shot found the back of the home side’s net. Soon after Deian Trot man forced two goal saving attempts from the Rhos keeper before a Kiaran Mackey belter zoomed past the keeper putting Cwmamman ahead. The second half, however, was played in atrocious weather and although Ashley Fisher missed by a whisker, it was Aled Owen Cwmamman’s keeper who was the busiest in the side. Yet some remarkable saves by him failed to keep Rhos out. Some fine football ensured an eight goal spree.
